Miri Nouri
From working at the prestigious PricewaterhouseCoopers to running her own business consulting company, Miri has worked with various clients large and small for over 20 years. Miri has worked with clients that cover a wide range of business services including architectural firms, creative directors, interior designers, production houses, restaurants, commercial and residential construction companies, and non-profit arts organizations. Arash Nouri, HR Services Partner
Arash began his career in auditing at KPMG, but discovered early on that his real passion is people, not numbers. That realization led him to make the transition into Human Resources - a profession where he could combine his analytical foundation with a genuine drive to help organizations and their people thrive.
Over the past 11+ years, Arash has built a career defined by progressive HR leadership. He spent 8 years as an embedded HR Business Partner at PwC, supporting the firm's Asset & Wealth Management practice, which consisted of a client group of 500+ employees spanning hedge funds and private equity relationships. He was later promoted to Senior Manager, where he directed people strategy and HR programs across a global footprint of 42,000+ employees.
Throughout his career, Arash has led end-to-end HR initiatives including employee relations and workplace investigations, performance management and talent calibration, organizational design and workforce planning, compensation strategy, and HRIS transformation. He has advised C-suite leaders and coached managers through sensitive, high-stakes employee situations, and has experience with employee immigration matters and people survey analysis/action plans.
Today, Arash channels his HR expertise into supporting small and growing businesses, which include companies that need strong HR infrastructure and guidance, but not necessarily a full-time HR hire. He is passionate about building practical, scalable HR solutions that grow with your business.
